How to Participate

In 2023, FHLBank and its three Home4Good state housing finance agency partners will award $5.825 million in Home4Good funds to projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. In Delaware, funds will be distributed through the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) and service organizations can reach out to DSHA directly or review the Notice of Funding Availability on the DSHA website for further application information. In Pennsylvania and West Virginia, there will be no public Request for Proposal (RFP) application process. Instead, funding will be offered in “block grant” style with our partners, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF). Service organizations are encouraged to reach out to their local Continuum of Care in those states.

FHLBank members can participate by submitting a member co-applicant form to indicate their support for projects in their area. FHLBank will reach out to members with lists of qualified applications during the timeframe of Sept. 1 to Oct. 31. Awards will be announced by the end of 2023.
