The tri-party agreement to be used for voluntary housing grant initiative owner-occupied projects. This needs to be executed by the sponsor, member and FHLBank Pittsburgh.
For AHP homeownership projects awarded prior to 2019, this form must be completed for each household receiving Affordable Housing Program funds to accurately verify household income. For AHP and voluntary housing grant rental projects, this form must be completed during tenant intake and will accompany income documentation provided during monitoring.
Required annually for 15 years after project is completed for rental projects without Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
The Real Estate Retention Rider is the preferred retention mechanism option to be used on rental voluntary housing grant initiative projects only.

Form to be completed prior to funding for rental rehabilitation projects to verify a project's construction/rehabilitation costs.
